The ask: 'create a brand for a joint up venture that tackles an urgent humanitarian need.’

The impact: mapping a path forward for two organisations to collaborate and leverage their collective strengths

The details:

  • Internal interviews across both organisations to deeply understand the challenge: both of the mission and the operation of moving forward together

  • Development of a brand strategy that maps out the potential for the two organisations as a joint enterpise

  • Development of three brand concepts and consultation to align around one final direction

  • Development of a brand visual identity that fits both the ambition and the need

  • A co-creative apporach (build on understanding, consultation and joined-up decision making) that enabled us to develop something new that felt owned by both organisations

  • My role: commissioned directly by a global NGO, working in collaboration with a Alessandro Pascoli as Design Director
